EVALUATION Q3

What have you learned from your audience feedback?

There are various ways of how you can collect audience feedback. In my opinion the best way is asking people opinion when you can see them eye to eye so you can see their face expressions and what are they telling will be more truthful rather than collecting feedback somewhere in social websites such as: Facebook, twitter etc. Also I think that all these social websites are not helpful all the time and its time consuming ,because not many people are participating in writing a negative comments ,because they don’t want to hurt you or make you feel disappointed about your work so they usually leaving just good feedback, so I think that the best way is to collect feedback from your classmates, teachers or family members, because than you know that the feedback will be from both sides from the negative and from the positive side.
I really like surveymonkey.com website as I think it is very helpful when you are trying to collect some information at the beginning ,when you just trying to find out your audience interests in music style or genre, but on the other hand I don’t think that is the best way to collect the audience feedback when you need to find out their opinions on your products e.g. ancillary tasks or final task, as you cannot upload the actual work on there, so you cannot show your work for someone that wants to fill in the questionnaire e.g.  From other Country ,so it is quite difficult way of collecting the information when you are not able to show your work.

I think that the best way is to prepare the sheet with the questions and your work picture and print out on the sheet, so people could see your work and comment about it ,at least it is a video, than you need to do it electronically so the best way is probably show the work for all people around you and just listen to their opinions and then overall just make a brief evaluation on what they have said and what could you change it to look better.
Feedback are very good as it allows you to improve your knowledge or get some ideas of how you can make your work look better. I like listening to others because than I know that my work will be liked not only by me ,but also by the people around me too, as I will do the changes they will tell me to do. I'm sure that not all the time the feedback will be helpful or I would agree with them especially if those feedback are from the student, because I might think differently from what they have told me to change and I am not forced to change it If I think that is not going to look better that it is now.

MAIN TASK FEEDBACK AND IMPROVEMENTS

We have asked some classmates and also teacher to say what is not looking nice in our music video, and they said that everything is fine in their opinions,we have used many different camera shots and angles,we have matched the singer lyrics with our niece lips and that everything looks great. The only thing that our media teacher said is to work on video colours, contrasts and brightening or make dark, which we have adjusted.

This is some of the print screens of showing how we have adjusted our video:

This is the first print screen of our original video. As you can see is very dark and unattractive and it doesn't really look nice in music video where the young girl is acting and singing about kindness and happiness.
This is second print screen where we have worked on video brightness and contrast which you can see it became more lighter than in the previews print screen.

Here we have tried to work on colour balance this is the original video print screen.
Here we have changed a little bit colour as you can see it became more brighter and sunny than in the other one.
This is a print screen of video adjustments you can adjust the highlights and colours of the video by controlling input and output level.
This is the original video print screen.
This is the changed print screen of the video, where we have make our video look brighter.
This is another print screen of video adjustment settings, here you can change the colour.
Here you can see the video on the left is a bit darker than on the right, as we have adjusted the brightness a little bit.

MAIN TASK-FIRST DRAFT

For the first draft we have did some changes for out music video ,but we haven't saved it and we carried on working on it,so we don't have a separate video that I could upload it.

We have worked with sticking up all separate video clips to make it one nicely flown video.
Here are some shots that we have used in our music video:

This is one of the shots we have used. This is medium camera shot, where you can see her as focus object and the view behind her is blurry.
This is an low angle camera shot and also a little bit of establish shot.
Tracking shot/high angle camera shot/medium shot,following Ema's steps .
This is close up shot, where only Ema's face expressions were filmed.
Low angle medium shot, looking at Ema from the lower level.Low angle is a shot which makes someone seem powerful and dominant.
This is an ark shot where the subject is circled by the camera. This shot is nice as it shows an environment around Ema and also her from all sides.

High angle shot,we have filmed from the top looking at her.

Long shot to close up shot.Ema is walking forwards to camera.
Extremely close up /showing the action of Ema picking up the flower.
Medium close up,showing half way between a mid shot and a close up which is from chest up to face.
